Who is CHI·LLC?
We are a software technology company based in Seattle, WA. For the past 20 years, we have been creating 2D and 3D space planning and visualization software. Can I use this software with my clients?
Yes. The software was created so that you can use it with your customer to design their perfect, custom space. Buyers can virtually design, configure, and visualize their spaces with 3D zooming, spinning, fly-by motion, and walk-through animations. The technology enables your customer to become a co-designer.

What are the system requirements for running the software?
All of our 3D software runs on a Windows XP SP3 or better operating system, which includes Windows Vista and Windows 7 running Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1. Further system recommendations include: Processing power 2.0+Ghz with 1Ghz minimum. 1GB hard drive minimum, application size is approximately 600MB. 2GB RAM (memory) minimum, 4+GB recommended depending on operating system. Screen resolution of 1024x768 or higher. Internet Explorer 6.0 or better. A periodic connection to the internet is required to maintain activation and to receive updates.

How do I learn how to use Z-Axis or LiveStorage?
Both Z-Axis and LiveStorage are intuitive, easy-to-use applications that make it easy to get started placing products and creating rooms. Software users also have access to help documents, webinars, and hands-on training sessions with a CHI·LLC expert for all training needs.
